Archaeologists in West Texas just made a discovery that’s gives us a glimpse to what life looked like thousands of years ago in the Lone Star State.

They discovered an ancient hunting kit in a remote cate at Big Ben National Park, with estimations that the kit is at least 6,000 years old.

According to KHOU, this kit might be the oldest intact weapon system in North America.  Bryon Schroeder, director of the Center for Big Bend Studies (CBBS), said, “It's a pretty monumental finding.”
