Nassau County police said their investigation, with the assistance of the United States Postal Inspectors, was launched in April 2021 at Linny's Boutique on Old Country Road in Plainview.
Lindsay Castelli, 31, who owned the store, allegedly had thousands of synthetic heat-sealed counterfeit labels along with assorted clothing and jewelry.
After an Oct. 4 search warrant was executed on the shop, detectives removed 22 printing press machines and various counterfeit items labeled Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Dior, Ugg and Louis Vuitton, polce said.
A further investigation revealed the counterfeit items were being shipped all over the U.S.
Castelli surrendered three days later and has been charged with second-degree trademark counterfeiting.
She was released on a desk appearance ticket and is due to appear in court next month.
