Dansby Swanson has started the season off hot as the Braves shortstop is hitting .353 after coming off of a wrist injury that kept him out of the playoffs last season and saw him miss significant time in spring training.
Carl talked about this being the Dansby Swanson the Braves have needed.
“Dansby is already showing you his power this year, I think his wrist is good.” Dukes said “The thing you need to realize is he’s 17th in the league right now with a 353 batting average, this is where we’ve wanted him. It’s early but that’s the Dansby we need this season to be successful.”
Mike thinks Swanson could move up in the lineup.
“A lot of people have thought this is where he can take it next level.” Bell said “If this continues you might see him move up the lineup.”
