A man and a woman led police on a high-speed chase that began in West Covina and ended in downtown Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department said Tuesday.

The pursuit began before 11 p.m. Monday when California Highway Patrol officers observed a pickup speeding in West Covina and a chase began, into downtown Los Angeles, according to KTLA 5.
The pursuit continued onto the San Bernardino (10) Freeway and the Pomona (60) Freeway before the driver drove into downtown and entered a parking structure at Grand Avenue and Eighth Street. The CHP joined officers from the Los Angeles Police Department and created a perimeter around the structure.
LAPD Officer Drake Madison could not confirm if the suspects have been arrested.
