Legendary former NFL wide receiver Randy Moss and Philadelphia Eagles fans agree: A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith is one of the best wide receiver tandems in the National Football League.

"I would agree with the fan base and the reason why is how they compliment one another," Moss told Glen Macnow & Mike Sielski on their Saturday radio show on 94WIP. "I really think at the wide receiver position—like me, I'm a speedster, I'm a tall guy, I stretch the field. So if I was out there why would I want another wide receiver over there doing the same thing. So I think that the way that A.J. and DeVonta compliment one other. What is it, Swole Batman, Skinny Batman? I just like the way the compliment one another. And the one thing that really stands out to me is...one is not going to let the other one out shine them. So it's kind of like, 'Ok you gotta make a catch, well I gotta make a catch.' I just think that they bring something different to the table for the Jalen. They got to have it that third down, we need that slant, we need to be physical, let's go A.J. When we need to electrify the crowd, let's go DeVonta."
Sielski tried to pin down Moss and asked him, if he were an NFL GM, who would he take first?
"Ah! Woof," Moss said. "I think the reason why it's hard to answer that question is for a GM the main thing you look at is youth, are they dependable, and can they be counted on. All those three both of those guys have. It's actually hard for me to be able to pick one, but if I just had to be able to pick one just with his accolades that he's accomplished—I'm a Biletnikoff Award winner [best WR in college football], I've seen the things that he was able to do in college, so I'd have to go with DeVonta."
