Thomas Middleditch plays a nerdy nebbish who's always self-sabotaging on the HBO hit show "Silicon Valley."
In real life he's apparently a super cool suave operator who describes himself and his wife as "swingers."
Do people still do that? Apparently. And it's not all key parties, velvet robes, gold jewelry and bedside vats of lotion.
Or maybe it is, at least a little bit.
The key, he says, is open communication and strong rules.
“Only after I got married was I like, ‘Mollie, I’m sorry, but we have to get nontraditional here,'” Middleditch told Playboy. “To her credit, instead of saying, ‘F— you, I’m out,’ she was like, ‘Let’s figure this out.'”
He's such a fan of swinging around with other ladies that he says it's the reason he's been able to stay married.
He admits it can bring tensions adding, however. "We argue over it constantly," he said.
So, what do you think, is this kind of marriage sustainable?
