On Christmas Eve, Thomas Dodd of Staffordshire, England had a little too much to drink.
Well, in the midst of drinking, Dodd decided to legally change his name. He filled out an application online, paid the $120 fee, and because he was watching a concert of hers on TV at the time, changed his name to "Celine Dion."
He didn't even realize he changed his name, either! The former Dodd said he woke up one morning to find an envelope in his mailbox containing papers certifying his name change from Thomas Dodd to Celine Dion.
Dion has also decided to keep the name, depending on course "on how difficult it makes my life."
