The Padres completed a 3-game sweep of the White Sox with a dramatic 4-2 come from behind win on Sunday afternoon. Yu Darvish pitched into the 7th inning and struck out 9 hitters while allowing just two solo home runs. But the Padres' late-game heroics continued, as they rallied for three runs in the bottom of the 8th to take a 4-2 lead. Luis Arraez drove in the game-tying run by slapping an opposite field double down the left field line. Jurickson Profar gave the Padres the lead with a sac-fly to deep right field. And Fernando Tatis Jr. put an exclamation point on the inning the a moonshot solo home run to send the home crowd into a frenzy. With the Braves beating the Marlins earlier in the day, the Padres cannot clinch a playoff berth until Tuesday at the earliest.
